At the core of any human endeavour to change, obtain or act is the mental act of thought which leads to a decision. However the decisions that we make are largely driven by the experiences that we have had in the past. Even before we are born and while in the uterus, we are being programmed by the environment that we are in. As we are born and in the early years of development we are further programmed in terms of how to behave, what to say, how to respond to internal and external stimuli. All this makes us who we are today.
We are blessed with the extraordinary power to effect change within our lives – Both on a conscious as well as the subconscious level. Most are likely to be satisfied with the assistance of a mindset coach by guiding them using conscious mind level guidance. However, if you have been subconsciously programmed in a way that does not support this, most likely you will be wasting your time. This is becasue the innate programming that you have habitually been playing to yourself will eventually win over. What is Subconscious Mindset Programming?
First, let’s define the term so that we are all on the same page..:
According to the oxford dictionary:
Subconscious: "Of or concerning the part of the mind of which one is not fully aware but which influences one's actions and feelings."
Mindset: "The established set of attitudes held by someone."
Programming (Program): Cause (a person or animal) to behave in a predetermined way.
So we are causing a change to the mindset of an individual on the part of the mind that influences ones actions and feelings. On this level of operation, we are bypassing the conscious stage of thought and delving further down into the psyche to implant positive changes in order that they positively affect the individual on the waking level of awareness.
How does this impact you?
A good way to understand this would be to look at your current thoughts and behaviours.
